The appropriate staffing ratios as laid down in the Early Years Foundation Stage and will be adhered to at all times, whether your child is attending pre-school or playgroup.

All of our key staff are well qualified and experienced and all adults working with the children on a regular basis have enhanced criminal records checks and background checks.  We have three members of staff in Pre-school and two in Playgroup.  In addition, we may have extra members of staff working as one-to-one support to particular children, students on placement or work experience and regular volunteers. Please check the notice board outside Playgroup for photos of the adults on site and our operational plan for further details on each member of staff and the training they have undertaken.
