Under Fives Roundabout Playgroup meets weekdays during term-time between 9:10am and 11:40am at Mayfield Primary School, Warwick Road, Cambridge.  There is also a lunch club for those over three years old from 11:40 to 12:10 with children bringing their own lunch.  If there is sufficient demand we may also be able to open for afternoon sessions.  It may be possible to drop your child earlier than 8:40 depending on space and adult:child ratios.  Please speak to Sam Capes, our manager, to arrange this.  

The Playgroup caters for children aged from 2 years 9 months. Children with birthdays in the Autumn Term start in September, those with Spring Term birthdays begin after Christmas and those with Summer Term birthdays begin after Easter.  In the autumn term we open for 3 or 4 days per week depending on demand by parents.  We increase the number of days we open in the Spring and Summer terms according to demand.

The group has two qualified and experienced members of staff supported by a volunteer parent / carer and numbers no more than 12 children for each session.

Nursery Education Funding is available the term after the child's third birthday.

Nursery Education Funding: - All children are eligible to up to 15 hours of childcare a week during term-time from the term after their third birthday. Children not yet eligible for funding or who attend for additional hours are charged at £4 per hour.
